In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts supplying digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. As the in-app purchase grants immediate access to the digital content, the customer acknowledges and accepts that, by completing the purchase, performance begins immediately and that they thereby waive their right of withdrawal. Any refund request is subject to the policy of the distribution store (Google Play or App Store).
